I like to take ordinary items and make them into something to be desired. To make an item as ordinary as a shirt button or a pin extraordinary, the packaging must really stand out.

The project was inspired by a trip to a vintage store where I bought some buttons. They were still on their original button cards and I was impressed by the effort that went into the graphic design. That attention to detail is lacking on modern button cards and sewing supplies in general, so I changed that.

The pins were my favorite part of the project. Each little face had a personality.
